A diferencia de Alex, no soy una fan\u00e1tica de los mariscos (quien haya visto las primeras temporadas de Muerte en el Para\u00edso sabe de lo que hablo: tienen ojos&#8230;), as\u00ed que tuve algunos problemas para encontrar algo delicioso para comer en las Islas Cook. \u00a1Por eso tuve que comer Banana Bread en el desayuno!<\/p>\n<p>De vuelta a casa intentamos hacer un Banana Bread, para poder llev\u00e1rselo a nuestros colegas, como suelo hacer en el trabajo. Como lo hab\u00edamos decidido en el \u00faltimo minuto, simplemente cogimos los pl\u00e1tanos que hab\u00edamos comprado el d\u00eda anterior. El resultado fue un pastel totalmente sabroso, agradable y esponjoso, pero desafortunadamente no ten\u00eda mucho gusto a pl\u00e1tano.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que la regla b\u00e1sica a respetar para el Banana Bread es usar pl\u00e1tanos sabrosos y bien maduros, de lo contrario se obtiene un pastel sabroso pero no un verdadero Banana Bread. Los pl\u00e1tanos no tienen que estar necesariamente negros, pero ya deben tener manchas marrones y sobretodo no estar verdes. Mientras que el sabor y\/o la intensidad del sabor de los pl\u00e1tanos depende, desafortunadamente, de lo que se pueda comprar localmente y no podremos hacer mucho, en cambio s\u00ed que podremos influir un poco en el grado de madurez. Explicaremos c\u00f3mo hacerlo en otro art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n encontramos muy \u00fatil la entrada del blog (alem\u00e1n) en <a href=\"https:\/\/schlaraffenwelt.de\/bananabread-perfekt-rezept\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">schlaraffenwelt.de<\/a>, que compara diferentes variaciones entre s\u00ed: az\u00facar moreno o blanco, mantequilla o aceite, qu\u00e9 frutos secos, etc&#8230; \u00a0usar y cu\u00e1les no.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1As\u00ed que ahora a la receta!<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=\u00bb#000000&#8243; admin_label=\u00bbDivider\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.3.2&#8243;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.5.7&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bba7e92dd0-a223-467a-9a0f-e28c42804097&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h1>Ingredientes para un Banana Bread:<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>harina<\/strong>: 280 g = 1 3\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li><strong>az\u00facar moreno<\/strong>: 170 g = 3\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li><strong>mantequilla<\/strong>: 60 g = 1\/4 cup a temperatura ambiente<\/li>\n<li><strong>agua<\/strong>: 285 ml = 1\/4 cup<\/li>\n<li><strong>huevos<\/strong>: 2 (tama\u00f1o L)<\/li>\n<li><strong>pl\u00e1tanos<\/strong> maduros: 3<\/li>\n<li><strong>polvo de hornear (levadura\u00a0<\/strong><b>qu\u00edmica)<\/b>: 1 cucharadita<\/li>\n<li><strong>bicarbonato de sodio<\/strong>: 1\/2 cucharadita<\/li>\n<li><strong>sal<\/strong>: 1\/2 cucharadita<\/li>\n<li>seg\u00fan gusto <strong>frutos secos (nueces, avellanas, &#8230;) <\/strong>\u00a0que m\u00e1s os gusten<\/li>\n<li><strong>glaseado de chocolate o de az\u00facar<\/strong> (az\u00facar en polvo mezclado con jugo de lim\u00f3n o de naranja)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Como ya hemos indicado, los pl\u00e1tanos deben estar maduros, o si os gustan tambi\u00e9n pueden estar muy maduros.<\/p>\n<p>El horno debe precalentarse a 175 \u00b0C = 340 \u00b0F. Un molde rectangular (tipo plumcake) es el m\u00e1s adecuado para el horneado.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=\u00bb#000000&#8243; admin_label=\u00bbDivider\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.4.1&#8243; width=\u00bb100%\u00bb][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.4.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Primero aplasta un poco los pl\u00e1tanos, de lo contrario ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil de mezclarlos correctamente con el resto de ingredientes m\u00e1s tarde. Deja algunos trozos de pl\u00e1tano sin aplastar, porque cuando comas tu Banana Bread tendr\u00e1s un sabor m\u00e1s pronunciado a pl\u00e1tano.<\/p>\n<p>Mezcla con unas varillas el az\u00facar y la mantequilla en un bol grande hasta tener una mezcla suave y cremosa. Esto puede tomar unos minutos. Ahora a\u00f1ade los huevos, el agua y los pl\u00e1tanos triturados poco a poco y sigue mezclando hasta obtener una masa uniforme.<\/p>\n<p>Toma otro bol y tamiza en \u00e9l la harina. Anade el resto de ingredientes secos, es decir, el bicarbonato de sodio, la levadura qu\u00edmica y la sal. Mezcla bien todos los ingredientes.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1ade cuidadosamente la mezcla de los ingredientes secos a la mezcla l\u00edquida (de huevo, pl\u00e1tano&#8230;). Ay\u00fadate de una esp\u00e1tula o una lengua de gato. Si quieres a\u00f1adir frutos secos troceados, ahora es el momento de a\u00f1adirlos .<\/p>\n<p>Engrasa bien todo el molde con un poco de aceite o mantequilla y introduce la masa. Mete el model en el horno a media altura y horn\u00e9alo\u00a0durante unos 50 o 60 minutos. Recuerda que el horno tiene que estar precalentado. Nuestro pan estar\u00e1 listo cuando coja un color marr\u00f3n-dorado y se vea firme del exterior. No debe estar crujiente del exterior o de lo contrario estar\u00e1 seco del interior.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando est\u00e9 listo, s\u00e1calo del horno y lo puedes dejar a\u00fan quince minutos en el molde enfri\u00e1ndose. Da ich im Gegensatz zu Alex kein Fan von Meeresfr\u00fcchten bin (wer die ersten Staffeln von Death in Paradise gesehen hat, wei\u00df, wovon ich spreche: es hat Augen...), hatte ich auf den Cookinseln Probleme, etwas leckeres zu essen zu finden. Daher habe ich beim Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck umso mehr beim Bananenbrot zugeschlagen!<\/p><p>Wieder zur\u00fcck zuhause haben wir versucht, ebenfalls ein Bananenbrot zu backen, um es, wie bei mir auf der Arbeit \u00fcblich, den Kollegen mitzubringen. Da wir das so ziemlich in letzter Minute beschlossen hatten, haben wir einfach die Bananen genommen, die wir am Tag zuvor gekauft hatten. Das Ergebnis war zwar insgesamt lecker und der Kuchen war sch\u00f6n fluffig, allerdings hat man die Banane leider nicht richtig rausgeschmeckt. Die Grundregel f\u00fcr Bananenbrot ist also wirklich, leckere und reife Bananen zu verwenden, ansonsten kommt zwar ein leckerer Cake dabei heraus, aber eben kein richtiges Bananenbrot. Die Bananen m\u00fcssen noch nicht unbedingt schwarz sein, jedoch sollten sie schon braune Flecken aufweisen und vor allem nicht mehr gr\u00fcn sein. W\u00e4hrend der Geschmack beziehungsweise die Geschmacksintensit\u00e4t der Bananen leider davon abh\u00e4ngt, was man vor Ort f\u00fcr welche kaufen kann, kann man den Reifegrad ein wenig beeinflussen. Wie das geht, werden wir in einem anderen Beitrag erkl\u00e4ren.<\/p><p>Als Grundlage haben wir das Bananenbrot-Rezept aus dem Buch \"South East Cuisine\" von Sue Carruthers verwendet, da die Autorin auf Rarotonga lebt und dort das <a href=\"https:\/\/tamarindrarotonga.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tamarind House Restaurant<\/a> betreibt. Wir fanden das Rezept sehr lecker und haben nur f\u00fcr die Ausf\u00fchrung ein paar Erg\u00e4nzungen. Zudem fanden wir den (deutschsprachigen) Blog-Beitrag auf <a href=\"https:\/\/schlaraffenwelt.de\/bananabread-perfekt-rezept\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">schlaraffenwelt.de<\/a> sehr hilfreich, welcher verschiedene Varianten miteinander vergleicht: brauner Zucker oder wei\u00dfer, Butter oder \u00d6l, welche N\u00fcsse etc.<\/p><p>Nun also zum Rezept!<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=\"#000000\" admin_label=\"Divider\" _builder_version=\"4.3.2\"][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.4.1\" hover_enabled=\"0\"]<\/p><p>Zutaten f\u00fcr einen Laib Bananenbrot:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Mehl<\/strong>: 280 g = 1 3\/4 cup<\/li><li><strong>brauner Zucker<\/strong>: 170 g = 3\/4 cup<\/li><li><strong>Butter<\/strong>: 60 g = 1\/4 cup<\/li><li><strong>Wasser<\/strong>: 285 ml = 1\/4 cupEier: 2<\/li><li><strong>reife Bananen<\/strong>: 3<\/li><li><strong>Backpulver<\/strong>: 1 TL<\/li><li><strong>Natron<\/strong>: 1\/2 TL<\/li><li><strong>Salz<\/strong>: 1\/2 TL<\/li><li>je nach Geschmack <strong>N\u00fcsse<\/strong> nach Wahl<\/li><li>je nach Geschmack <strong>Schokoladenguss<\/strong> oder <strong>Zuckerguss<\/strong> (Puderzucker gemischt mit Zitronen- oder Orangensaft)<\/li><\/ul><p>Wie gesagt m\u00fcssen die Bananen reif sein, je nach Vorliebe k\u00f6nnen sie auch \u00fcberreif sein.<\/p><p>Der Backofen wird auf 175 \u00b0C = 340 \u00b0F vorgeheizt. Als Backform eignet sich am besten eine Kastenform.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=\"#000000\" admin_label=\"Divider\" _builder_version=\"4.4.1\" width=\"100%\"][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.4.1\"]<\/p><p>Zerquetsche als erstes die Bananen ein wenig, da es sonst schwer wird, sie sp\u00e4ter mit der Masse zu mischen. Lass aber ruhig ein paar St\u00fcckchen darin, da diese nachher beim Essen noch etwas mehr Bananengeschmack geben.<\/p><p>Mixe Zucker und Butter in einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Sch\u00fcssel bis daraus eine weiche, cremige Masse wird, dies kann einige Minuten dauern. F\u00fcge nun nach und nach die Eier, das Wasser und die zerquetschten Bananen hinzu und mixe weiter, bis du eine einheitliche Masse erh\u00e4lst.<\/p><p>Nimm nun eine separate Sch\u00fcssel und siebe dort Mehldas Mehl hinein. Vermische dies mit den anderen trockenen Zutaten, also Natron, Backpulver und Salz.<\/p><p>Gib nun vorsichtig die Mischung der trockenen Zutaten zur Ei-Creme-Bananen-Masse und vermische dies mit dem Teigschaber. Wenn du auch N\u00fcsse verwenden m\u00f6chtest, kannst du sie jetzt darunter mischen.<\/p><p>Fette nun deine Backform mit etwas \u00d6l oder Butter ein und f\u00fclle dann den Teig in die Form. Backe dies f\u00fcr etwa 50 bis 60 Minuten im vorgeheizten Ofen auf der mittleren Schiene. Dass das Bananenbrot fertig ist, erkennst du daran, dass es goldbraun und fest gebacken ist. Dabei darf es oben jedoch nicht zu knusprig sein, da es sonst auch innen zu hart wird. Du kannst es dann noch eine knappe Viertelstunde in der Form abk\u00fchlen lassen, bevor du es auf aus der Form holst und auf ein Gitter stellst zum ausk\u00fchlen.<\/p><p>Sobald das Bananenbrot kalt ist, kannst du es je nach Geschmack noch mit Zuckerguss oder Schokolade \u00fcberziehen.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Hat es geklappt?
